15 Second Film Reviews started in 2016 as an Instagram account with ultra short film reviews. In March 2023 this website was set up in order to make the reviews more easily searchable. New content is now posted on this website and on Instagram. All reviews that were previously published on Instagram will gradually be incorporated into this website.

15 Second Film Reviews is run by Dieter Rogiers, a Belgian movie lover, screenwriter and novelist. His opinions about films might divide you, but they are always an honest assessment of the movie experience he had.
